2020 continues to prove to be unpredictable at best.  Nevertheless, we recently collaborated with our great friend Marty Shelton of Mohr Partners of Austin, TX to renew a 60,000 square foot industrial distribution tenant in Denver.  Our Northeast Industrial sub-market continues to tighten with less and less available space but we secured a favorable extension for a new lease term.
