Plan for Building Materials Being Delayed
As our national economy continues to emerge from the pandemic, supply chains in commercial building materials are still disrupted in many areas of the country. Steel, lumber and especially glass take longer to get onto job sites regardless of building type. We’re seeing this with a few of our projects and have advised our clients accordingly. Also, we work very closely with our construction lenders to provide them open communications on project updates, trades and subcontractor work product milestones to ensure measurable progress.
