This wealth management firm has been a client of Betts Interests for over 20 years.  The client’s space needed a significant cosmetic upgrade to floors, common areas and certain support work areas.  In addition to negotiating favorable lease renewal terms, we also managed a staged delivery schedule to keep parts of the office open and operating during construction.
