- Design based on occupancy within zoning/use parameters
- Exiting/Life Safety/Indoor Air Quality review
- Submission of all Construction Documents
- Delivery of Building Permit
Construction
- Completion of all improvements based on use
- Strict adherence to M/E/P and Life Safety
- Lighting fixtures secured and protected, sport flooring installed
- Final Inspections/Occupancy Certification
